Growth doesn’t always look like big leaps or fresh starts. Sometimes it looks like staying put and tending to what’s already here. Hope Springs is a reflective journaling workshop centered on blooming in place; finding steadiness, meaning, and possibility right where you are.
Through gentle prompts and guided pauses, Jean Rowe Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Journal Therapist will invite participants to explore what hope looks like when life feels uncertain, slow, or nonlinear. This workshop is about noticing small shifts, building resilience, and letting growth unfold at its own pace.
No gardening skills or “hopeful mindset” required. Just bring yourself, something to write with, and a willingness to sit with the season you’re in, whatever that may be.
